COVID-19 Update

Dear Valued Customer,

As an essential business supporting our customer and contractor commitments, Closet Organizing Systems is continuing to manufacture and install its products until the State of Illinois or Federal Government mandates further change.  The recent Executive Order announced by Governor JB Pritzker provides exemptions for essential businesses related to infrastructure for housing construction, critical other trades related to building and construction, and manufacturing for the construction industry.

Protecting our employees and the customer is our first priority. We have assigned all necessary team members to work from home when possible. In our offices, we are practicing personal and work space hygiene, while maintaining recommended social distancing.

Supporting your Design Needs and Planning: Our Designer team works remotely from home and, in most cases, we can work from blue prints or customer-supplied room dimensions. Virtual online consults are available to review any design plans. As necessary, we can conduct isolated field visits to verify jobsite dimensions.

Vigilant hygiene when interacting directly with our customers. Our installers are using gloves for unloading/handling while entering a customer home or jobsite and wiping down the installed product with alcohol based cleaner before they leave. We are also monitoring installers and jobsite locations of any potential signs of sickness and social gathering.
